Learning the ins and outs of grass seed farming as well as the farming equipment. The boys have absolutely loved riding around in the wind rower and combine. They've also been helping out with the maintenance of the equipment. They come into the house filthy, but at least the boys are asking them 1000's of questions rather than me! :)
Rubber boots are a must.
A wagon is for hauling dirt, rocks, and toys around.
The grass is a great place to find ladybugs and spiders.
